Harmony Recovery Home LLC (“Harmony Recovery Home,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of people who visit our website, ask about a stay, make a reservation, or receive services. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in those situations. It is separate from our Terms and Conditions and from any assisted living resident agreement. If another privacy notice is legally required for a particular health care activity, we will provide that notice separately.
The information we receive depends on how you interact with us:
We may receive relevant information from an authorized representative, a referring clinician or provider, a payment provider, or another person you authorize, as permitted by law.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the personal and health information you provide to us, and for telling us about any changes.
We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate whether services and accommodations are appropriate and available; arrange and confirm reserved dates after the required deposit is received; process payments and maintain transaction records; prepare admission and service documents; provide and coordinate agreed services; communicate about a stay, safety, and emergencies; maintain required assisted living records; and meet legal, licensing, reporting, and security obligations.
We may use limited technical data to keep the website working, detect misuse, and understand its performance. We use contact information for promotional messages only when you have made a separate choice to receive them, or when otherwise permitted by applicable law. Submitting an inquiry or paying a deposit does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing calls or texts. We do not use information about a person’s medical condition or planned procedure to target advertising to that person.
We limit access to care-related information to people who need it for an authorized purpose, such as assessing admission, arranging requested services, providing resident support, meeting a legal duty, or responding to an emergency. We do not publish a resident’s identity, photograph, medical information, or testimonial without a separate permission when required.
This website policy is not a substitute for a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Whether HIPAA applies to a particular Harmony Recovery Home activity depends on the organization’s legal status and the transactions it conducts. If HIPAA or another specific privacy law applies to information we hold, the protections and notices required by that law also apply. Nothing in this policy limits a Florida assisted living resident’s legal right to privacy.
We may disclose information only as appropriate for the purpose involved:
We do not authorize advertising platforms to receive health information entered into an inquiry, reservation, or resident intake form. Outside providers may have their own privacy policies for information they collect directly from you. We do not sell resident care records.
Our website may use cookies and technical logs needed for operation, security, and remembering a visitor’s choices. Optional analytics or advertising tools actually used on this Site: None. The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Where optional tracking is used, the website will explain available choices. Browser settings may also allow you to limit cookies, although some site functions may then be unavailable.
We do not intentionally send the content of health-related forms to advertising or analytics platforms.
We may contact you about a request you made, availability, a confirmed reservation, payment, admission, or an agreed service. Promotional email, calls, or text messages are separate from those service communications. When the law requires consent for marketing, we request it separately; it is not a condition of receiving services. You may opt out of marketing using the instructions in a message or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary messages about an active request or stay.
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a reservation, resolve a dispute, or meet legal and business recordkeeping duties. If you become a resident, we keep required resident information for the periods set by applicable law and regulation. Florida law requires an assisted living facility to retain a resident contract for five years after it expires. A deletion request may therefore not result in immediate removal of every record.
When information is no longer needed and no retention requirement applies, we delete it or dispose of it securely under our records procedures. Actual retention periods may vary by record type and legal requirement.
You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information when deletion is legally permitted. You may also ask us to stop optional marketing. We may need to verify your identity or a representative’s legal authority before disclosing or changing information. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain when we must retain or cannot disclose a record.
If you are an assisted living resident, these website requests do not replace rights and complaint procedures available to you under Florida law. You may contact the Florida Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program at 1-888-831-0404 about a resident concern.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures appropriate to the information we handle to reduce unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security incident triggers a legal notification requirement, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
Links to outside websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Please review their policies before submitting information to them. Our website is intended for adults and authorized representatives; it is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit children’s information through the website. Contact us if you believe a child has sent information to us without appropriate authorization.
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. If a change requires additional notice or permission under applicable law, we will provide it.

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Harmony Recovery Home website (the “Site”). They do not serve as a reservation, an admission agreement, a resident contract, a medical consent, or a promise to provide care. References to “Harmony Recovery Home,” “we,” or “us” mean Harmony Recovery Home LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. Adults may use the Site for themselves or to make inquiries on behalf of another person when authorized to do so. The Site is not directed to children.
The Site describes Harmony Recovery Home and may provide information about residential assistance, recovery-related support, accommodations, and coordination with outside providers. Descriptions, photographs, availability, and estimated prices are informational and may change. They do not establish that a particular service is currently licensed, available, appropriate for a particular person, or included in a quoted price.
Any service requiring a Florida license will be offered or provided only when Harmony Recovery Home holds the required, valid authorization and only within the scope of that authorization. Our care team provides on-site support and monitoring 24 hours a day. A registered nurse (RN) is available on call 24 hours a day but is not necessarily physically present at the home at all times. RN availability does not replace emergency services or mean that every nursing service is available at any time. Specific in-person nursing services, if offered, depend on the resident's needs, professional availability, the facility's authorization, and the signed agreement.
Submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or discussing dates does not reserve a room or establish a resident–facility relationship. After Harmony Recovery Home confirms availability and eligibility and accepts the request, payment of the disclosed reservation deposit secures the confirmed dates. Harmony Recovery Home will provide written confirmation. Any residential admission remains subject to applicable licensure, an individualized determination of whether the person’s needs can be met, required health information and examinations, and a separate written agreement signed at or before admission.
Please provide accurate information and tell us when your needs or plans change. If you contact Harmony Recovery Home on another person’s behalf, you represent that you have permission to share the information you submit; permission to inquire does not itself give you authority to make health care or financial decisions for that person. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment card information, or detailed medical records through a general website form unless we specifically provide a secure method and request them. The patient is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the health information and personal information she provides to Harmony Recovery Home, and for informing us of any changes before and during her stay.
The Site does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, give individualized medical advice, or replace advice from a licensed health care professional. Recovery after a procedure depends on individual circumstances; no outcome is guaranteed. Services that require a professional license will be performed only by appropriately authorized persons and, when applicable, within the facility’s permitted scope.
Do not use a website form, email, or social media message to report an emergency or seek urgent medical care. Call 911 for an emergency. For medical questions, contact your treating clinician.
If Harmony Recovery Home admits a resident to a Florida assisted living facility, the resident or authorized representative and the licensee will sign a separate resident contract at or before admission. That contract will describe accommodations, specific services, charges, required notices, any advance payments, the refund policy, and other applicable terms. A resident will receive a copy. These website terms do not add charges to, amend, or replace that contract.
For assisted living residents, Harmony Recovery Home will apply Florida’s legal requirements for rate-change notices, advance payments, refunds, and termination of residency. The resident contract and applicable law control if a statement on the Site differs from them. Nothing in these website terms reduces a resident’s rights under Florida law.
A website estimate is not a final price or an invoice. Harmony Recovery Home will disclose the total price, the reservation deposit amount, and applicable cancellation terms before collecting payment. Once Harmony Recovery Home accepts the request and receives the deposit, the confirmed dates are reserved. The reservation deposit is nonrefundable if the customer cancels before arrival or does not arrive, except when a refund is required by law. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. If Harmony Recovery Home cannot provide the confirmed reservation, it will refund the reservation deposit and any other advance payment for that reservation. Changes to dates are subject to availability and written confirmation.
For an assisted living resident, the purpose and treatment of the deposit and any other advance payment must also be stated in the separate signed resident contract. That contract cannot require more than 30 days’ notice from a resident to terminate. Refunds due after transfer, discharge, or death are calculated under Florida law, including its rules for unused prepaid amounts, permitted charges, and payment within 45 days. The nonrefundable pre-arrival cancellation rule does not override those statutory rights or other legally required refunds.
Assisted living residents retain the rights provided by Florida law, including dignity, privacy, a safe environment, appropriate access to visitors and health care, and the right to make complaints without retaliation. Harmony Recovery Home will follow the legal procedures for relocation or termination of residency; a website rule cannot override those procedures.
Residents and their representatives may raise concerns directly with Harmony Recovery Home. They may also contact the Florida Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program at 1-888-831-0404 or the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration complaint line at 1-888-419-3456. Use of these outside channels does not require Harmony Recovery Home’s permission.
Transportation companies, surgeons, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other outside providers may have their own terms, charges, and professional duties. If Harmony Recovery Home assists with coordination, the scope and cost of that assistance will be stated in the applicable agreement. Harmony Recovery Home does not control an independent clinician’s medical decisions or guarantee an outside provider’s availability. Nothing in this section excuses Harmony Recovery Home from duties imposed on it by law or by its own written agreement.
We may respond to your inquiry using the contact details you provide. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to receive promotional calls or text messages. Marketing messages, if offered, will require the consent applicable law requires, and you may withdraw that consent through the method stated in those messages.
Our separate Privacy Policy explains how information collected through the Site is handled. Any additional notices or authorizations required for resident or health information will be provided separately when applicable.
You may view and share Site pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. Please do not interfere with the Site’s security or operation; submit false, unlawful, or abusive content; impersonate another person; or copy our logos, photographs, or original text for commercial use without permission. Harmony Recovery Home and its licensors retain their respective rights in Site content. You may contact us to request permission for a proposed use.
The Site may link to websites operated by others. Their content and privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but pages or features may be interrupted or contain errors. If information on the Site conflicts with a signed resident agreement or a mandatory legal requirement, the agreement and applicable law govern the residential service.
To the extent permitted by law, Harmony Recovery Home is not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary unavailability of the Site or unauthorized misuse of it by a third party. This provision does not waive or limit any nonwaivable resident right, remedy, duty of care, or liability for negligence, abuse, neglect, personal injury, or another matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here requires arbitration or prevents a resident from contacting a regulator, advocate, or court.
We may update these website terms and will post the revised date on this page. Changes apply prospectively to Site use after posting; they do not retroactively change a signed resident agreement. Florida law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by law, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply to residents or consumers.
